• Account data: email, password hash, display name.
• Kid profiles you create: nickname and avatar you choose.
• Learning progress: lessons started, stars earned, streaks.
• Support messages you send us.
• Device / usage data: IP address, browser, device type, basic analytics needed to run and secure the service.
• Payment metadata: subscription status, plan, renewal dates. Card details are collected directly by Paddle and never touch our servers.

• Create your account and save reading progress (contract).
• Provide the learning experience and sync it across devices (contract).
• Prevent abuse, fraud and secure the service (legitimate interests).
• Fulfill purchases and manage subscriptions (contract).
• Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

• Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all sales, subscriptions, payments, tax, and invoicing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store data on our behalf under written data processing terms.

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. When you deactivate your account, we cancel your subscription and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations (for example, tax records held by Paddle).
