Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Prince Franchise Corp (“Prince Franchise Corp”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a New York corporation and the provider of the Fun To Read phonics learning app and website (the “Service”). Prince Franchise Corp is registered at 9225 Glenwood Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11236, USA. Entity ID: 6531403. EIN (U.S. federal tax ID): 88-3132199.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians) on behalf of children. If you are creating kid profiles, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you have the guardian's permission.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• Use it unlawfully or to violate anyone's rights.
• Attempt fraud, spam, or abuse of trials, coupons or refunds.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Introduce malware, probe or scan the Service, or scrape it.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The Service, including its software, content, lessons, audio, illustrations and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial family use within your subscription plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical limits.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start and your payment method will be charged the then-current plan price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (“Deactivate account”), or via the Paddle customer portal. Deactivating your account cancels your active subscription immediately and revokes access to premium content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of Prince Franchise Corp's principal place of business (9225 Glenwood Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11236, USA), without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
